CEO and founder

Steve Clarke

After obtaining his BS in Biochemistry at the University of Sheffield in the UK and an MBA in Marketing from CSU East Bay, Steve became a leading expert in Life-science supply chain operations. Steve has over 25 years of supply chain and operational excellence leadership experience, extensive knowledge of demand planning, DRP, S&OP, MRP, and multiple certifications including: APICS CPIM, LSS Black Belt, and is a PMP candidate. He also became an APICS supply chain certification trainer and works with BioSupply clients to optimize and grow their businesses.

Yvonne Canada

Yvonne earned her master’s degree in Higher Education/Student Development from Bowling Green University. With 20 years of higher education experience including extensive training and experience in leadership development, Yvonne became an ACTP-Certified Coach in the areas of leadership, career and life transition. She has completed 125 hours of coach-specific training and will be certified as an ACC coach by December 2022.

Yvonne is certified in multiple career assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Steps 1 & 2, and the Strong Interest Inventory. She is trained in the Positive Intelligence (PQ) operating system and methodology. She helps clients to leverage their strengths to maximize their potential and achieve greater levels of personal and career success.

Ryan Grossklaus

Ryan brings 15+ years of industry experience to BioSupply. His extensive resume includes Global Operations Manager for Cepheid and Master Data Management Analyst for Stanford Healthcare. Ryan specializes in planning, procurement, operations management, production and manufacturing, ERP, KPI’s/metrics, Kaizen, distribution and logistics–helping businesses optimize and grow with a focus on customer service and client rapport.

Fahad Ali

Fahad has over 12 years of experience in various areas across the supply chain, including Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and warehousing. Fahad has a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and an MBA in Supply chain management. Fahad has worked most of his career in the healthcare industry, including Pharmaceutical, medical device, Nutraceutical, and biotech companies. Fahad is currently doing his Doctorate in Business Management from Ligs University Hawaii. Fahad can support the overall supply chain integration, enablement, and operations which includes setting up supply chain infrastructure for startups, providing support to the growing company, and revamping the supply chain structure across multiple locations. With most of his experience working for Multinational companies, he has a firm grip over managing multiple locations and unique challenges. Fahad also has certifications in Six Sigma, Project management, and Supply chain from ACSM/APICS.

Haneen

Haneen Mazahreh-Boivert is a global clinical supply expert and end to end supply chain advocate. Throughout her 15+ year career, she has worked and consulted for numerous companies of varying footprints including British Petroleum, Schering-Plough, Merck, Celgene, KMPG, and OptiNose. Haneen has successfully established and led numerous clinical supply chains from forecasting and planning, to vendor selection and management, clinical manufacturing and global distribution, to site management and drug accountability. She has extensive experience in industry planning and optimization software as well as the RTMS and EDC systems that underpin and support the supply chain. Her mantra is the right supplies at the right place at the right time and focuses her knowledge of operational excellence, KPI improvement, and process optimization to achieve this goal and build efficiencies into her projects. She has tactical, on the floor, source area experience as well as strategic, executive, expertise and pulls from both where needed.

She is a graduate of the American University, Rowan University, and Yale University with BS. Chemical Engineering, MS. Chemical Engineering, and Certification of Executive Leadership respectively. Haneen is active in the Global Clinical Supply circuit, has published several articles and regularly speaks at industry conferences. She is also active in Women in Engineering groups.

Natalie Gosnell

Natalie has over 5 years of experience in manufacturing of early phase lipid-based drug products. Previously Director of Manufacturing at a CDMO, Natalie acted as the head of Bulk Formulation and Aseptic Fill/Finish. She has executed technology transfers to support client’s pre-clinical and clinical studies including the tech transfer of a clinical Covid vaccine into GMP production. Natalie can provide hands-on-support in ISO 7 and ISO 5 manufacturing suites, oversee validation implementation, perform technical recruiting, lead investigations into deviations, discrepancies, etc., and assist in authoring batch records, leading design controls projects, and authoring and training on standard operating procedures among other things.

Natalie has a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and will be returning to get her Master’s in Business Administration Fall 2022.

Kathleen Wisemandle

Kathleen has over 30 years in biotech and pharma industry, she works as a fractional operations leader to help small biotechnology and pharma companies strategically plan for IND and early phase studies to optimize execution and decision making toward further funding and proof of safety and efficacy. With experience in portfolio planning, operational leadership, operational efficiency, vendor selection/oversight, site management and risk identification and management, she works with companies to strategically plan to deliver your quality results on time and on budget.

In addition, as a certified coach and believer in the power of the good in humans, she works with individual executives and non-executives through reflection of core values and strengths to find a meaningful path. Kathleen is the founder and principal of Aspire to Grow, Leadership Coaching and Consulting.

Kathleen has her BS in Biochemistry from Michigan State University, and she earned her MS in Organizational Change and Learning from Northwestern University in 2020. She also completed a certifications in Designing for Organizational Efficiency Certification in 2019, and Executive Coaching in 2022 from Northwestern University.

She has worked in leadership positions within Takeda, Astellas, AbbVie and Seagen.

Nicolas Huret

For more than 20 years, Nicolas has helped Pharmaceutical corporations implement Supply Chain solutions to improve processes, increase productivity, support business growth, and merges and acquisitions. Based on company strategic directions, Nicolas architected information system solutions, defined functional scopes, and developed project plans, budgets, and schedules. Nicolas’ extensive experience includes guiding IT and business teams through each phase of the project life cycle to ensure successful implementations.

Nicolas has a Master in Science from University Louis Pasteur of Strasbourg and an Engineering degree from École National Supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques, Besançon, France.

Alexander Aust, MS, MBA

Alex has over ten years experience working in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Master Scheduling, Supplier Quality, and Quality Assurance for drug manufacturers. He has participated in dozens of Tech Transfers and has experience with the FDA, EMA, and other regulatory agencies across the globe. With a pragmatic approach, Alex has applied best practices to successfully lower purchasing and inventory management costs, and to develop more robust clinical supply chain processes.

Alex has an M.B.A from Ball State University with a concentration on Manufacturing Management, M.S. from Purdue University in Molecular and Cellular Biology; and a bachelor’s degree from University of Southern Indiana in Biology.

He spent 6 years as the Director of Strategy and Supplier Management at Baxter Healthcare and is the Senior Director of Supplier Management at Sangamo Therapeutics. Issac brings proven successes, extensive experience, and passion to the business development, optimization, and growth of BioSupply clients.
